“Watch the special event held at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts Theater in San Francisco, CA,” Apple says on its homepage today.

The iDevice-maker did not offer a live stream in September during the iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c announcements.

Live streaming video requires Safari 4 or later on OS X v10.6 or later. Safari on iOS will require 4.2 or later. Lastly, streaming via Apple TV is also possible, but it requires a second- or third-generation Apple TV with software 5.0.2 or later.
