Cloud storage, which enables consumers to store material and later access it anytime, any place, or on any device, has gone mainstream.
According to the latest data from Harris interactive, and covered by eMarketer, 39% of U.S. internet users have now turned to the cloud in some fashion. Of this large group, the overwhelming majority said the cloud vastly benefits professionals.
The cloud makes lives easier through simple file-sharing and stress free data backups (41% of those polled attest).

A new eMarketer report, “English vs. Español: Language Choices in Hispanic Marketing,” explores the importance of Hispanic culture in marketing today.
Although the vast majority of U.S. Hispanics speak English, a majority also speaks some Spanish.
But, as the report reveals, “there is not necessarily a demand for marketing in either English or Spanish. Rather, surveys and studies suggest that maintaining a connection to Hispanic culture is what counts.”

It’s no secret that mobile device owners see a lot of advertisements. However, just because they see them doesn’t mean they see what these ads are offering.
Earlier this year, polling by Nielsen for xAd and Telemetrics revealed that 70% of mobile users (on tablets, smartphones, or both) came across ads in the previous month.
But the majority didn’t click.
According to eMarketer, smartphone users are more inclined to click on mobile ads (43% of smartphone users click on ads vs. just 37% of tablet users).
