Per the announced details this morning, non-profit organizations within the United States are now eligible for a free Premium mobile website for life.
Organizations can submit their 501(c)(3) status verification to apply for the program, the company says.

Canadians are warming up to mobile banking at a hurried pace, a new report published Monday indicates.
Though online banking remains king when it comes to Canadians’ preference for how they bank, an increasing number of Canadians are beginning to embrace mobile.
In fact, a recent survey by ING DIRECT shows that 41 percent of Canadians say they are open to doing more traditional banking functions, like paying bills, on their mobile devices.
That number is up from 38 percent since 2012.

What’s more important to small businesses? A website or a social media presence?
According to the findings of a new survey shared this week by PayAnywhere, one of the nation’s top mobile payments solutions providers, websites still take the cake.
The survey sponsored by VeriSign revealed that many small businesses are still resisting the social trend. 72 percent of participants reported having a website as the primary online presence to represent their businesses.
