		<description>I am skeptical that Google will be able to pull this off effectively. They have always been a big picture type of corp and really fallen down on the local front unless it it relates to NYC or San Fransisco. Yes, there are markets outside of these two cities. It just seems to take too much customization for them to  be bother to bring these great ideas to everyone else.</description>
