Millennial Media today published its new Mobile Mix report, which looks at data from all of Q2 and has some interesting stats on Apple vs. Samsung.
Interestingly enough, Samsung and Apple combine to make up over 50% of all impressions on Millennial’s platform.
According to the findings presented in the September Mobile Mix report:
- Apple remained the leading manufacturer on MM’s platform with more than 31 percent of the impression share. The iPhone also remained the leading individual mobile phone on the platform.
- 74 percent of all impressions on MM’s platform came from Smartphones, which was an increase of 8 percentage points year-over-year.
- Android was the leading OS on the platform with 46 percent of total impressions. iOS was second with 34 percent of the total impressions.
