I agree completely. Having met Mr Hyett a couple of times he has consistently articulated the potential benefits of SMS advertising. It is definitely something I think I will be following the progress of.

It is great to see the SMS advertisement has picked up so fast in recent month. I believe it will get to a point soon where people will be fed up with their inbox getting filled with all the coupons/offers. I think the SMS advertisement will transform into more subtle relevant alerts that are delivered to the user based on when they want it.

With all the success that companies had with SMS alert, I am still to receive an SMS coupon or offer !!! I think I need to go out there and sign up for one.
