On Tuesday, The Electronic Transactions Association – the trade association of the global electronic payments industry – announced that the digital doors are now open for registration for the 2013 ETA Annual Meeting and Expo.
The ETA calls the gathering the nation’s “premiere payments industry event.” The organization said today that the event will take place between April 30 and May 2, 2013 in New Orleans, LA.

“The 2013 ETA Annual Meeting and Expo promises to be the premier business and networking event of the year for the payments industry,” ETA Chief Executive Officer Jason Oxman said today. “With nearly 200 exhibitors, more than 3,000 top industry executives, dozens of conference sessions, new conference sessions, more floor space and an increased media presence this year will be the biggest in ETAs history, reflecting the rapid growth in our $3.6 trillion industry.”
The ETA says hundreds of CEOs, presidents, investors, principals and payment professionals representing the entire electronic payments ecosystem will gather at the event “to conduct business, strategize, unveil new products and more.”
